Each piece is handcrafted individually by these craftsmen to be used as functional heirloom-quality furniture. Traditional woodworking techniques are commonly used in this rustic furniture like mortise and tenon joinery, and dovetail drawers.
Selective harvesting methods allow them to use all portions of the raw materials including the tree roots and bark.
These rustic builders are members of The League of New Hampshire Craftsman where they have built a solid customer base around the Lake Winnipesaukee area.
