Skeleton Crew Theater (SCT) is a Massachusetts-based studio that creates imaginative theatrical shows for holidays and special functions. You pick the theme or choose from an existing package, & SCT transforms any space into a dazzling display, with hand-crafted props, sets, animatronics, music & effects. Shows play out as part scavenger hunt and part theater. Groups, accompanied by a guide, are lead through several interconnecting sets. Along the way, SCT participants interact with elaborate puppet characters, collect clues & ultimately decide their own finale. SCT tailors each show to the philosophy of “The Hero’s Journey,” the classic mythical story structure that has aided such works as George Lucas’s Star Wars Trilogy & JK Rowling’s Harry Potter series. Participants play the role of the “hero” in a tale of good vs. evil & choose from one of two different endings.
