I make, sell, and perform with these hoops. I have developed a beautiful, intricate dance that can only be done with a large, weighted hoop. They are wrapped in many colors and designs. The hoops provide an amaizing addition to any school, program, event, or workout. These hoops are unique and different from the little hoops we grew up with. Being large and heavy makes all the difference in how they can be used. I consider them and instument for the body and mind, a tool to dance, and a toy to share and have fun with.
